APCER - Associação Portuguesa de Certificação is a private Portuguese organization dedicated to the certification of management systems, services, products and people as a method of guaranteeing quality and promoting the competitive advantage of organizations, whether public or private, national or international.
Over the past twelve years, APCER has gained recognition in the Portuguese market as the clear leader in certification services with more than 4,300 certificates issued, including the certification of organizations in Spain (see presentation), Morocco, Mozambique, Angola and China (Macao).
Our own credibility is ensured by thorough control processes and recognized through accreditation from IPAC - Instituto Português de Acreditação, ENAC – Entidade Nacional de Acreditação Espanhola and SAI - Social Accountability International. |

APCER is the only Portuguese certification entity representing the international network IQNet (The International Certification Network), which bestows immediate international recognition on organizations certified by APCER.
APCER is able to support its customers throughout the world, in conjunction with the 37 partners of the IQNet network, the world leader in certification with around 300.000 issued certifications and with a pool of more than 10.000 professionals. All are specialized in the audit and certification of Management Systems across a wide range of reference norms.
